For each cup of seeds you have (we ended up with 4 cups total) you add the following ingredients:
- 1 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil (I used oil due to allergies to milk)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Put the ingredients together in a bowl (for me a large one) and you mix them together with your hands. Then hand-spoon them onto baking sheets (could be aluminum or wax paper lined for faster cleanup). Place in oven for 45 minutes to an hour. I baked mine for an hour and they were right at that sweet spot :)
